Deciding become Vegan

Watching the documentary 'seaspiracy' on Netflix  made me choke up tears and evoked a lot of shame. How dare I cry at these recorded in-humane acts, if I were apart of the cause? Yes I may not be harpooning beautiful whales, or be on a big boat scrapping the oceans core to emptiness- I didn't even consume fish other than the rare tuna sandwich, but I ate meat. I used product's that contained fish (lipsticks). And disgusting, I had no idea my money taxed  funded these human disgraceful acts. I could no longer eat a chicken sandwich, pretending it was just food to keep things "normal", I had to accept the involuntary disgust for anything that reminded me it once was a living creature, and stop consuming the food. I stopped eating all meat instantly. I stopped drinking dairy, or at least began trying to avoid it. Soya milk instead of cows milk. Vegan chocolate only. annualizing every crisp packet to see if it had 'milk powder'. Its still a learning curve...
